Lounge armchair of EMMA collection is characterized by the iconic rope weaving of the back, a refined detail that emphasizes shape and design.
Its main feature is the comfortable size and a pleasant spacious seat.
Category: residential and hospitality outdoor furniture.
Material: powder coated aluminum frame, covered with a hand weaving.
The weaving rope is made with a synthetic fiber called OLEFIN, 6mm thick, with a polyester core that allows higher resistance for the outdoor environment. Cushion is padded with Dryfeel® foam for outdoors and it has a removable cover.
Upholstery is available in different categories of ‘Varaschin outdoor fabrics’.
The EMMA collection that I designed for Varaschin, is presented at Salone di Milano 2019 in its wide range and completeness.
The distinctive traits of the Emma family, born from a calibrated balance between elegant, timeless, reassuring design and the exclusive weaving for the backrests, give life to a vast and complete collection that is the protagonist of Varaschin's outdoor therapy philosophy.
Seats, sofas, daybeds, dormouse, the iconic bergère, are items for different situations of contemporary outdoor living. Unique objects to dress with the wide textile collection proposed by Varaschin, a wide range of choices to create many moods.
Emma 2019 reaches its maturity and offers a "world" of leading solutions for the increasingly important planet of outdoor projects.
