Refined proportions, a timeless design, and discrete luxury characterise Marc Merckx’s oeuvre.‎ Take the Illum collection designed for Tribù by the interior architectural annexe designer, for instance.‎ Merckx also collaborated with architect Nicolas Schuybroek to design Tribù’s high-profile new headquarters in Bilzen.‎ Merckx’s newest design, the T-Table, inspires daydreams of a glamorous ‘la dolce vita’ existence.‎ The tabletop, made from glazed lava stone, reflects the light, like gently rippling waters.‎ No tabletop is the same thanks to the natural imperfections in the reflective lava rock with a subtle craquelure effect.‎ The enamel layer makes the natural rock water, heat, frost, UV, and stain-resistant.‎ This timeless table, available in various heights and dimensions, combines perfectly with other designs from the Tribù collection.‎
