Limes New is a sofa that upholds Saba’s philosophical approach to a larger furnishing project:“Everything slides, everything changes” elaborates Parmenide, who ignited the creative process and guided it through the research phases from the early 2000’s. Limes New is an invitation to go beyond the conventions of predefined space, showcasing how it can become something else altogether simply by moving the back rests. Limes New is a story to tell renewed through sartorial and technical detailing: the asymmetric cut of the back cushions improves support in the lower back. Research into new materials allows the sensation of softness from the goose down fillingto come throughand guarantees a superior comfort. The volumes have been subtly updated in line with the contemporary aesthetic to include cylindrical armrests in homage to the classic latin heritage. Methacrylate and double depth floating feet.
