The Shanghai system stems from the desire to play with light in the room. The twists and the infinite possibilities of use allow reaching this goal. The project valorizes the light and not the form. With a few simple elements designed in polycarbonate and a fluorescent tube, you can compose many different light combinations in any architectural context. Their extreme flexibility allows creating blades of light in scalable lengths. The simplicity of the fixture and its informal nature make it possible to combine the different parts, becoming a veritable lighting system.
