DRY LOW TABLE / 45B - Low table with structure made of stove enamelled die-cast aluminium elements.
Top in extra light tempered glass, thickness 10 mm.
It was 1987 when Alberto Meda began experimenting with the use of composites in various Alias products: carbon fibre in the light light chair and compact polyurethane co-moulded with metal in his dry table.
Taking his cue from an extremely incisive zoomorphic form of inspiration, a node anchoring the two legs and the table top supports, Meda designed Dry.
Now, more than thirty years on, Meda’s table returns to play a lead role in Alias furniture collections, to embody the company’s capacity to combine stylistic lightness and leading-edge technology.
